Vacation Rental Description

Our luxurious villa, situated in the prestigious ashley manor community, makes a dream holiday home and is ideal for two families, or three generations to share. It is located at the beginning of the development and has a very large, private garden to the side and at the back it overlooks the conservation area and lake. the large, screened pool is not overlooked to the rear and is comfortably furnished with high quality tables chairs and loungers. If you want to be outside but need some shade you can sit in comfort in the lanai area, which is cooled by a fan and is furnished for al-fresco dining.



more fun and relaxation is provided by the professionally installed games room, which contains a full size pool table, an arcade quality air hockey table, foosball and table tennis. it has been carpeted and decorated to give a sporting atmosphere.



it is exceptionally light and airy inside with cathedral vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and fans so that you can keep cool even in the summer. the interior is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The two master bedrooms (one on the ground floor) have large en suite bathrooms, and there are an additional 3 twin bedded rooms one of which is decorated in a disney theme. Four of the bedrooms have televisions and we also provide a play station 2



younger guests are catered for with a cot, stroller, high chair and play pen at no extra charge.



the lounge is equipped with cable tv, dvd/vcr and cd player. The luxury kitchen is fitted with everything you need for self-catering and has a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A laundry room and an additional one and a half bathrooms completes the spacious accommodation.



we are located just a few minutes from the i4 and the disney theme parks are only 10 minutes away.



there is a mini-market within walking distance and it is only 5 minutes to the large supermarket and other shops at champions gate. There is a wide range of restaurants to suite all tastes nearby and if you are too tired to go out they will deliver to your villa.



the villa provides a peaceful haven after visits to the theme parks, which are only a short drive away. You can also choose one of five world class golf courses within five minutes of our home. (champions gate and reunion).
