We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms, it has a lovely private pool and a fully equipped gym and games room. A 1 mile walk takes you to the shops, restaurants (with wi-fi) and daily market in the traditional village of uzumlu. Dalaman airport is under 50 minutes and calis beach is just 20 minutes away.
from the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an ottoman style. Both the lounge and ottoman room are equipped with satellite tv/dvd/cd and also a playstation 2 with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a bbq and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground and middle floor and the spiral staircase are finished in local marble. Downstairs is a 650 sq.ft area with the fully equipped gym and games room with cross-trainer, weights, a punch bag, table tennis, darts, quoits, nintendo wii and a surround sound system. There is also a bar area and a toilet/shower room.
the middle floor includes a master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds. there are 2 living rooms with satellite tv/dvd/cd and a playstation 2 and a nintendo wii. Price Details
The price is for the whole villa for up to 12 people and if you book 6 months ahead you can deduct 10%. parties of 6 or less can deduct 15% for staying for 2 weeks outside the high season. booking payments can be made by credit card through a secure paypal portal on our website.
