Vacation Rental Description

Villa kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains. This area of turkey - the turquoise coast - offers everything that a holiday maker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of water-sports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms, it has a lovely private pool and a fully equipped games/fitness room. A short walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in the traditional village of uzumlu. Dalaman airport is under 1 hour and calis beach is just 20 minutes away.

from the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an ottoman style. Both the lounge and ottoman room are equipped with satellite tv/dvd/cd and also a playstation 2 with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a bbq and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground and middle floor and the spiral staircase are finished in local marble.

the middle floor includes a master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds. there are 2 living rooms with satellite tv/dvd/cd and a playstation 2. There is also a separate dining room and an alfresco dining area on the terrace.
