Vacation Rental Description

Our estate is about 4 km from the town centre of sciacca and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 30.000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive-trees.

the four brand new (june 2004), nice and cosy apartments are situated on the first floor (mansard). All units are fully equipped with tv, hi-fi, fridge, heating, air condition, bed sheets, towels, blankets etc.. All our guests can use the washing machine, the flat iron and board, and our internet to check or send emails. Free parking.



sciacca, situated on the famous archaological road between selinunte and agrigento is one of the oldest towns in the island. Sciacca is noted mostly for it's thermal spa complex, it's beautiful beaches, and its numerous artisan shops which specialize in ceramic ware.

from sciacca you can easily reach the most important sightseeing of sicily in approximately 1 hour drive:

palermo - 90 km; selinunte - 30 km; segesta - 75 km; eraclea minoa - 25 km; agrigento/greek temples valley - 55 km; monreale and erice - 75 km; piazza armerina with its antique roman villa and mosaics - 140 km;

one large master bedroom, one bedroom with three single beds, equipped kitchenette/living area with a sofa, bathroom with shower, private veranda (15 sq.mt.) with very nice panoramic view.

high season: 1 june till 30 july

peak season: 1 august till 31 august

high season rates apply during christmas time (23.12. - 6.01.), easter and staying only one night.

all units are furnished with heating and air conditioning.
