We just put our villa back on the rental market starting july 2005 with many awesome upgrades! There is still some availability in september by the week or by the night. September will go fast at just $400/wk. This fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bath top floor villa is located across the street from the atlantic ocean. The ocean-oriented complex features 5 stories, indoor pool and jacuzzi with glass atrium, indoor palm trees and outdoor pool. All brand new appliances include refrigerator, stack-able washer/dryer and stove. All floors newly tiled. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach (less than 500 yards).



inside the villa offers beautifully decorated rooms, palm tree/elephant motif, new bathroom fixtures, bedding, cookware, dishes, glassware, sink, and much more. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size range, refrigerator, microwave, and everything you need to make simple or gourmet meals. Spacious living area includes a dining table that seats four, tv and vcr. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect!



the villa is very large with a queen extra firm bed in the palm tree/elephant master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Feel free to bring your computer and hook it up to the phone data port. All of these amenities, plus the proximity to the beach and coligny plaza, make this one of the best values in south forest beach. Stay here once and you'll never stay anywhere else on hilton head!
