the community consists of 735 individual homes and has water frontage on both st. Andrews bay and the gulf. This place will spoil you if you enjoy a family type atmosphere. Come make yourself at home. This is a gated community with full time guards at the entrance and they also patrol the community on a continuous basis. You and your family will not find a safer place. It is also unique since it has both access to the bay for boating and fishing along with a private ocean front beach area with clubhouse and pool on the beach. There is also another pool (heated) with a pavilion and recreation area on the bay.
