This is a must see house! Nestled in the beautiful poconos mountains, the house is sitting right on the lake and only two houses down from the public beach. You can fish from the backyard (do not forget to have your fishing license) or you can take a row boat (provided with the house). The house itself has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, loft (with sofabed), living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen with island. Also it has a large deck, screened porch, and garage. It can comfortably accommodate six to ten people. As far as penn estates, it is a luxury community with its own pools, clubhouses, and lakes. You can either stay in the community and enjoy those amenities, or you can drive to enjoy other activities in the area. They include paintball, horseback riding, shooting ranges, water parks, and shopping. All of those are located within minutes from the penn estates.
