Outdoors on estate: huge veranda with ping pong table (all seasons), outdoor seating, ski rack and benches, private tennis, badminton and volleyball courts on grounds around the house, steps to private beach on lake massawippi, fishing, walking trails, cross country skiing, hiking and biking through natural forest and parkland on estate and surrounding area, 6 miles of private roads and trails, natural pond, wildlife preserve (hummingbirds, woodpeckers, ravens and other birds, fish, friendly deer (no hunting allowed!) and more.
