Our beautiful home away from home is a three story townhome in a very qiet area of the sandestin resort with the pool close by! the kitchen has recently been updated with italian terracota tile countertop and breakfast bar. the first floor has been updated with 16x16 italian terracota tile throughtout. the living room has recessed lighting, a gas fireplace, a queen size sofa bed and french doors leading out to a screened porch, offering views of the lake, walkover bridge and the links golf course. this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, deluxe townhome (2200 sq.ft) offers all the amenitgies you expect at a deluxe resort but with the privacy of a home. an oversize master bedroom with private balcony with great views of the lake and golf course, as well, as it own fire place, and lots and lots of windows. a few steps and you will find the perfect location for watching the sunset over the bay.



our townhome offers a fully equiped kitchen, oversized laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Cable tv with cd and dvd in living room and vh in master bedroom/ phone with data port and ceiling fans throughout. bedding is 1 king, 1 queen, one daybed that converts into a full size bed. on the third floor there are two twin size beds. each bed bottom can be pulled out to sleep another person(s) it has it's own bathroom.



our townhome is at walking distance to the beach and pools, although we prefer to bike or ride to the beach. no smoking and no pets please. minimum rental age is 25. bring your sunscreen and beach towels. that's all you'll need to discover a unique lifestyle on the bay or beach.
