Live lobsters are delivered to you by local lobstermen and fresh bakery goods are delivered to you by a local baker. this large (1000 sq/ft), 2-story cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, is charmingly furnished, and is ideal for two families to share. The 1st floor has a queen bed in one bedroom, and a queen and 2 twin beds (with converter to make it a king-sized bed) in the other. A full bathroom is accessed from the common hallway with a large deck overlooking the ocean. The second floor has a large oak dining table (seats 6) and a fully equipped kitchen. A large, open living area with an easy chair and two couches (one is a fold-out double bed) that opens out to a deck overlooking the ocean and outer islands. There is really something mystical and spiritually healing about a matinicus island vacation . . .
