this apartment enjoys the total first floor of the farmhouse, running out onto a beautiful covered terrace and also a large uncovered sun area. having just a few steps leading down into the beautiful gardens and large terrace around the swimming pool. The gardens having large mature trees allowing plenty of shade in the summer. the swimming pool has steps going in allowing easy access. the farmhouse is set in 2 acres of land including orchards, with no near overlooking neighbours.

there are three large bedrooms allowing either twin or double beds, a beautiful bathroom and well equipped lovely kitchen. a very large dining room and lovely sun lounge. the farmhouse is set out into a complex of two apartment with the english family owners living on site. the complex is totally fenced in to allow complete privacy and secure parking.
