This is a quaint country cabin on long pond in denmark maine. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our cabin, no motor boats just canoes and small boats on the pond. The sounds of woodpeckers and the cry of the loon during the day will change a tune at dusk as the bullfrogs sing a song for you. You may also get a glimpse of the raccoon family that took up residency in the hemlock tree last year, you’ll also see heron, and with some luck be fortunate to get a glimpse of a pilated woodpecker or deer when sitting on the deck overlooking the pond. This is truly a place to escape to and relax. The cabin has an open floor plan with living/dining room and cathedral beamed ceiling. you’ll enjoy the cabin it is tastefully decorated with hunting and fishing lodge decor and is very comfortable. Two row boats and big tire tubes to float in the pond are provided. Great area to bike, site-see, take photo's, hike, swim, fish, bird watching, hunting or just kickback and relax. The neighboring town of bridgeton maine provides wonderful restaurants, antique stores , upscale shops, and one the few drive in theaters around. North conway n.h. Is a short drive west and provides outlet shopping, train rides, children amusement parks and much more. Come enjoy the lakes/mountain region of maine and n.h.!!!
