it is situated at the end of a -cul de sac- in the bonalba golf village on the costa blanca just a few kilometres north of the cosmopolitan city of alicante. bonalba is a residential village built around the mature golf course that nestles at the foot of the bonalba hills, just four miles/7 kilometres from the stunning beaches and clear blue seas of the mediterranean.

lounge/dining room - (35m2), with 3 settees, coffee table, tv and cable/satellite connection, fireplace, dining table and 8 chairs and -french- doors to the patio, pool and garden.



entrance hall - (13m2), with doors to the lounge/dining room, shower room/toilet and kitchen and stairs to the upper floor where you will find:



master bedroom - (17m2) with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom (7m2) with bath, separate shower, toilet, bidet and twin wash basins.



bedroom 2 - (13m2) with king size bed and fitted wardrobes.



bedroom 3 - (16m2) with king size bed and fitted wardrobes.



bedroom 4 - (11m2) with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
