Set on a peaceful umbrian hillside with panoramic views over countryside with olive groves, vineyards and sunflowers - to lake chiusi glistening in the distance or towards cortona and montepulciano from the front; our delightful independent ground floor 2 bedroom apartment offers comfortable accomodation with two large balconies, good size airy rooms. the living room has a large open fire & central heating for year round occupation.
enjoy relaxing in pine shaded grounds, al-fresco eating in the bar-b-que area. Children's play area with swings and seesaw and guests can take a dip in the 3m x 1 m above ground splash pool in summer months.from 2008 we will have a 3 x 4 metre pool.
