If violated, no refunds given. lost/unreturned resort complex key is subject to $50 replacement fee. note: we do not charge for resort fees, being said this is express check-in & check-out and we will never keep you waiting in line as there will be no line to be in. However, if you require a staff to open the door for you, we want to hear from you as this type of service is an additional fee. We will provide all the paperwork for you to complete and no other requirement at time of check-in.
