we are the proud owners of a luxury holiday villa. Fully air conditioned, two storeys high, and conveniently located in the sought after community of esprit in davenport.with its wide tree lined streets, you will soon get to know the area and easily find your way around this peaceful development. It is a quiet, pleasant, residential area by lake davenport, on polo park east executive golf course and is situated on highway 27 where it meets highway 192.
it is set in well maintained gardens and has a floor area of approximately 2000 sq ft comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is ample off road car parking, using the driveway or in the integral double garage, which also houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
