it is a quiet, pleasant, residential area by lake davenport, on polo park east executive golf course and is situated on highway 27 where it meets highway 192.

it is set in well maintained gardens and has a floor area of approximately 2000 sq ft comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.



there is ample off road car parking, using the driveway or in the integral double garage, which also houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.



all linen and towels are provided during your stay in our luxury villa



please provide your own towels for when you visit the theme parks and beaches.



for the convenience of our guests with young families, we also provide -free- use of a crib/cot, high chair, stroller and a safe.
