May through October 31, 2009 $2000/month
November through December 31, 2008 $2500/month
Jan.-April 2 month minimum
Renter must pay for cleaning women at end of stay. This is $150.
Electricity is paid by me up to $120 per month.
$500 security deposit refundable with 30 days of end of stay.
Booking Deposit of 20% due at time of Booking, balance due 30 day’s before arrival.
