Sant josep has all the amenities you would need, from banks, to a bread shop, post office, pretty cafes, boutiques and high quality gift and home interior shops, jewellers & not to mention, some good restaurants. Only 15 minutes from ibiza town & no more than 10 minutes from the sea & many beautiful beaches. The villa is the perfect base for visiting the whole island or for just chilling out by the pool enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Beaches such as cala jondal are 10 minutes drive & 15 minutes to salinas. Cala conta is just 10 minutes & cala d'hort with the amazing es vedra is 15 minutes away. The villa is within easy reach of many superb restaurants not least a good pizzeria used by the more discerning locals!! Km5 is only 5 minutes by car & the lovely private restaurant ' can domingo' is close by too.
