At the center of this ideally located development, you'll find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the vista cay club house that offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at vista cay provides the perfect place to sit around the terraced resort pool, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Boca grande condo is a penthouse model located on the top floor (fourth- floor) (all vista cay condos have elevator access). There is a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofa and love-seat, plus classical furnishings, including coffee and occasional tables with lamps. We also have a business center for your convenience and this has a fullsize sofa bed for additional guests. All bedrooms have a 32" hdtv flat screen with dvd players. The family room has a 50" hd flat screen tv and dvd player for your entertainment and relaxation plus a stereo system for your further enjoyment - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). Sleeping accommodation at boca grande includes a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed with nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser with cable tv and dvd, and closet space. There's a master bathroom for privacy, with vanity unit, shower, bath and toilet. A second master also includes a king-size bed, with nightstand and lamp, closet space, dresser with cable tv and dvd player, plus a separate family bathroom. The third bedroom in this spacious and stylish condo also enjoys two twin-size beds, nightstand and dresser with cable tv, closet space. This bedroom shares the family bathroom. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that quick snack, or a fabulous meal for two - or even a family feast. Eat together as a family at the dining area and talk about the days excitement at the parks and attractions of orlando, or enjoy time together at the breakfast bar as meals are prepared. The kitchen and dining area are located off the main family room. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
