It has a private lanai overlooking 10 acres of lush tropical, well-maintained gardens and parking is free. The complex consists of 3 buildings. This unit is one of the best condos because it’s in the front of the complex and very close the beach. The ground floor is easily accessible without having to use stairs or elevators. The rental has a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include: queen bed in bedroom, futon sofa in living room, cable tv, dvd player, microwave, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, iron/board, linens, towels, dishes, utensils, ceiling fans, ac in living room, high speed internet and phone/answering machine w/ free local and long distance calling to the us and canada.
