It has a private lanai overlooking 10 acres of lush tropical, well-maintained gardens and parking is free. The complex consists of 3 buildings. This unit is one of the best condos because it’s in the middle of the complex, yet very close the beach. This is a quiet unit that is away from the noise of traffic, away from south kihei road. The ground floor is easily accessible without having to use stairs or elevators, plus it's very private, because it’s an end unit. The lanai overlooks a pool and tennis court. The end units are also very comfortable because they have ac in both the living-room and bedroom. The rental has a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include: queen bed in bedroom, sofa sleeper in living room, cable tv, dvd player, microwave, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, iron/board, linens, towels, dishes, utensils, ceiling fans and phone/answering machine w/ free local calls.
