the rear garden and pool overlook a wooded preserve this backs onto a superb golf course thus ensuring seclusion & privacy at all times. With a southwesterly aspect you are assured of sunshine throughout the day & guests can dine al fresco as the sun sets.

our pool which offers both seclusion & privacy is electrically heated which enables our guests to swim during the winter months.

local restaurants are plentiful & offer a variety of cuisines with price ranges to suit all pockets. For the boating enthusiast you will be spoilt for choice & the fishing here is world renowned so much so that the world's richest tarpon competition is held off boca grande every year.

with so many beautiful beaches along the gulf coast, you'll enjoy shelling, swimming, sun-bathing or simply walking. From manasota key in the north, to boca grande in the south each one promises to be a different experience.
