Off-peak price £295 per week for up to 4 guests. peak price £395 per week for up to 4 guests. please note there is an additional weekly charge of £25 off-peak / £35 on-peak per guest over 5 for extra cleaning, laundry costs and set up of sofa beds. cot & high chair available for hire during your stay, please contact us for pricing & further details. payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or paypal account. £150 security deposit required with final balance payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of safe return of the apartment & keys, less breakages. bookings dates will be held for 72 hours to enable flights and car hire to be booked. Deposit 25% of total balance. Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. if holiday is less than 8 weeks away at time of booking then full payment is required upon confirmation including the £150 security deposit.
