Great attic with inclined ceilings, located in madrid’s historical center. It is 5 minutes walking from plaza mayor and puerta del sol. Tube l1 (tirso de molina).the apartment can house up to 3 persons. It has one bedrrom with a double bed. The living room features a sofa bed, table and chairs, a worktable and exits to the great terrace. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with shower. The inclined ceilings give this apartment a bohemian atmosphere.the apartment also features air conditioning, individual heating and wifi internet connection.the apartment is located right next to the flower market in madrid, and next to the tirso de molina tube station (line 1), in the surroundings of the traditional el rastro market, which is set up on sundays’ morning.around the building there are all kinds of stores and design shops, bars with terrace, supermarkets and several of the most representative restaurants and bars of madrid. It is very well located, as you can easily reach any point of the city from here, but you can also enjoy a quiet environment, as there is barely traffic at night on this street. .importantthe check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00. If check in is between 20h00 and 24h00 there is an extra charge of 30€ and between 24h00 to 02h00 an extra charge of 50€.the check out time is between 9h00 and 11h00. If you wish to check out before 8h00 there is an extra charge of 30€.the check in and check out on sunday o bank holidays have an additional cost of 30€.the refundable deposit is between 300€ and 1.000€ depending on the length of your stay.
