This is a first floor one bedroom apartment on the residencial las dunas complex. The complex is set within a few minutes walk from the amazing beaches of the las dunas national park, the new el campanario shopping centre and the baku water park. The main road which leads to the harbour is only a 15 minute stroll away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is withing easy walking distance.
las dunas has a large swimming pool with childrens section, gardens, canarian patio, tennis court and exercise room with gym equipment. The apartment was given brand new fixtures and fittings throughout in 2008. It is located away from the pool area giving you peace and guire whilst still only being a few steps from the pool.
twin beds and a full size double bed provide sleeping space for up to 4 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with combination microwave, 2 ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, washing machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for snacks, light meals and breakfasts. The breakfast bar gives you the option of dining indoors if you prefer.
the lounge area is bright and over looks the balcony. There is a flat screen television with satellite television. The sideboard contains some books and games for children 0 -99! There is also and information folder with details of day trips, places to visit, restuarants etc.
the balcony is large and over looks the gardens. It catches sun at varying parts of the day depending on the season. The entrance to the apartment is large enough to sit on aswell and is in full sunshine all year round so you have the best of both.
the bathroom has wc, bidet, sink, shower and large mirror.
the bedroom has twin beds and a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and shelf space for all your belongings. I have provided a hairdryer to save you valuable suitcase space.
