Our central location is perfect to explore the incredible variety of the perigord. This is an area that has much to explore, for both adults and children.

visit the top french vineyards which produce the world famous bordeaux wines, visit several old fortified villages (bastides), experience breathtaking views of rocamadour sitting precariously on cliff sides, and be awe stricken with the natural wonders of the padirac chasm. Visit the medieval villages of sarlat, and perigueux.

for the active, canoe down the dordogne river past castles and villages built into the rock face (la roque-gageac)

for the historian, a visit to the caves of lascaux ii and les eyzies (the capital of prehistory) may be a highlight.
