Recently refurbished 40sqm apartment full of light near the typical neighbourhood of rastro, located in a typical madrid downtown building. It is very well communicated near three metro lines. Latina (line 5),  tirso de molina (line 2) and lavapiés (line 3).the apartment is prepared for three persons. It has a bedroom with double bed and a sunny living room with a single sofa bed, tv and a little balcony. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine and cooking utensils. It has a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment has heating and a fan.“rastro” district: perfect to enjoy the real madrid it combines the most typical sites with a multicultural atmosphere.on sundays the district becomes a lively market, one of the best tourist attractions of madrid. It is one step away from puerta del sol and plaza mayor, and there is a pleasant walk to palacio real or museo del prado.
