we take great pride in offering a clean and comfortable beach condo, ensuring that our guests will leave with only pleasant memories, and a desire to return the following year.
you will find this unit to be light and sunny throughout and offers the preferred southern exposure.
it has an open floor plan and wide doorways (should ease of mobility be a consideration). Condo r-27 is a second story unit in an elevator equipped building.
the pool and the beach are only a few steps away.

Vacation Rental Features

Fully equipped kitchen: full stove and refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, electric mixer, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. we also furnish paper products and even an array of spices. there is a toddler chair for your little one too. the kitchen has both a pantry and closeted washer/dryer, plus ironingboard and iron. we even have a water purifier.

we furnish an array of items for the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, plenty of sand toys, drink cooler, football, tennis rackets, frisbees, & bocci balls . we even have a beach cart to carry your items to the beach.

we also offer for your baby: toddler chair with tray, portacrib, and an umbrella stroller.

as you can see from our list, all you will need to bring is your
bathing suits, suntan lotion and toothbrushes!

Additional Price Details

Add $70.00 One Time Cleaning Fee Plus 9% Tax to Rate and Cleaning Fee. 1 Month = 4 Weeks Only
Security Deposit: $250.00 (must be received 10 days after initial contact, along with signed contract) This will RESERVE your dates . Upon arriving at Beso del Sol, the Reservation Deposit becomes a Damage Deposit and is TOTALLY refundable 10 days after your stay if all rules and regulations, per rental agreement, are met.
Cancellations are honored if given One Month before your Stay. You will be charged a Processing Fee of $50.00.
Full Payment is Due 2 Weeks Before Your Stay. We Prefer payment in Money Orders or Cashiers Checks,but we will accept Personal Checks if received EARLIER than 2 weeks before your Stay. Add $100.00 extra for Holiday Weeks
(Easter, Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
