Vacation Rental Description

This is a sun suite condo located directly on the oceanfront. see miles of beach and ocean from your private balcony. condo is on the 12th floor in the palace resort, a family friendly 23 story resort. The queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa are located in the same large common living area to easily accommodate 4 people with room to spare. we are located close to most of the tourist attractions with easy access to them. this includes the new hard rock park which is the only hard rock theme park in the us. it is also one of the largest amusement parks in the southeast us. the new myrtle beach commons are also opening in april. this area consists of a lake, walking and biking paths, stores, and theaters. the hard rock park is located less than 5 miles from our condo. the myrtle beach commons are located less than 2 miles from out condo. we also have plenty of beach activities right in front of the resort. they consist of life guard monitored swimming, surfing, surf fishing, sun bathing, and sea shell hunting.

smoking is not allowed in the condo or in the resort.

pets are not allowed in the condo or the resort.

you must be 25 to rent our condo.
