Vacation Rental Description

Immaculate villa with wonderful views of the sea and mountains, the villa is set on a 500sqm plot and has three levels with three bathrooms and two double bedrooms (both lead out to a patio)also two single beds in basement with wardrobes and private bathroom also door leading out to pool area. The gardens have a large patio area with pool, sun beds, bbq, table and chairs also outside washing line and grass also access to the basement.
inside the villa has a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, open plan lounge/dinner with open fireplace and large patio doors with lead out to the pool area. Upstairs there is a bathroom on the landing with larger walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. there is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, mirror, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, ceiling fan and patio doors which lead out to a large sun terrace with great views of the sea and mountains.
the master bedroom on this floor has an on suite bathroom with bath, over head shower, wc, and wash hand basin. The bedroom has a large double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, ceiling fan, dressing table, mirror, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to a large sun terrace with stunning views of the sea and mountains.
the basement has a shower room with wc and wash hand basin also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes dryer, also two single beds, wardrobes this can also be reached from the outside which is ideal if you want to take a shower or use the toilet while round the pool area.

The owner would want a 30% deposit on booking and the balance would be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
