Vacation Rental Description

Villa lampini is set up in the hills between rethymno and agia galini, the town of spili is only 4km\'s from the villa with lots of places to eat and shops.

the villa has a large garden with plant’s grass and private swimming pool also a large covered terrace.

the ground floor has a lounge area with patio doors out to the terrace, two sofa’s and tv. Open plan kitchen with:

there are two bedrooms on the ground floor one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to the terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to the terrace. There is also a small shower room with wc on the ground floor

upstairs there is a bathroom where you will find the washing machine also another double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead out to a large covered upstairs terrace.

just 2kms away you can find supermarkets and places to eat, spili is only 4kms away with lots of shops and places to eat. The wonderful beaches at rethymno and agia galini are only 20kms about 20 min's in either direction from the villa.

Additional Price Details

On booking the owner would want 30% deposit and the balance would be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Air con is charged locally at 20 (euro) per unit per week.
On arrival the owner would want 100 (euro) as a breakages deposit which you would get back at the end of your stay.
