While being at the sea side, this house at the same time in the heart of Helsinki in the relaxing surrounding of the isle of Lauttasaari.
The appartment is on the 3rd floor, house equiped with elevator.
The rooms are situated north-south. A long balcony protected with glass opens to the sunny south.
The house is built in the mid 60´s. The rooms, bath room and kitchen are renovated some years ago.
This apparment is my town home and while away, I am glad to propose you the opportunity of staying there.
Kitchen equiped for everyday cooking: electric stove-oven, fridge with ice box, dish washer, washing machine
