Apartments are located in the part of split called znjan, formerly full of greenhouses and flowers, which were growing thanks to the micro-climate full of sun and warmth even during the winter months. Apartments are near the big beach, on the little elevation with the view to the sea and islands brac and solta. There are 30 minutes of walking by the sea to the centre of the town and the diocletian palace historical core of split. This promenade is an ideal place for relaxation, either you want to enjoy your morning walk, drinking coffee in some coffee-bar, jogging by the sea and fullfil your lungs with healthy and scented sea air. If you want to hire a boat or a sailing-boat the nearest marina is 10 minutes walk from apartments. There is a public open hotel beach (blue flag) just in front of the suites. apartments are built in 2004 and they offer you to enjoy one of 10 excellently equipped suites (5 studios and 5 with two rooms on two levels).
