Characteristic house in the historical centre of pescasseroli (italy, abruzzo region), touristic mountain village, capital of abruzzo national park (1.200 mt a.s.l.), between rome and naples.



the house is an independent three storeys one, in the medieval centre of the village. The entrance is at the top of the stairchase showed into the picture.



the house is 80 sq/mt, with a big living room (30 sq/mt) equipped with sofa bed for two people and a wood stove, and one first little bathroom, both at the first level.

at the second level (10 steps), there are an open space room with two closeable beds and a quite big kitchen and dining room full equipped, while at the third level (5 steps) there are a double sleeping room and a second bathroom.



the house has been completely renewed in year 2000 and it has electric power, hot water, drinkable water and full gas heating. Italian tv with dvd reader.

it is comfortable up to six people.
