This is a non-smoking unit.furnished with telephone, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable tv, dvd/vcr player, fully furnished kitchen that has stove/oven, refrigerator w icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, mixer , all dishes, bake wear, pots/pans, utensils, etc. , bed linens and bath towels are included, (bring your own beach towels), alarm clock, telephones, washer, dryer, french doors to queen bed in bedroom and a "lazy-boy" queen size sleeper sofa in living room, and single bed at entry. Private balcony with partial view of swimming pool. Modern bathroom with glass shower stall, cool ceramic tile throughout. Gulf highlands is a large complex located across the street from the beach.one of our swimming pools is located directly on the beach with its own private clubhouse.this is only used for the owners and guests staying at gulf highlands.from our unit you would walk down to the beach. You also have a total of 11 pools to choose from. i have 2 tennis rackets and 4 clubs & balls for mini golf for you to use in our complex.
