my beautiful holiday apartment with garden is one of the best accomodation if you are looking for a self catering vacation rental in a city of art. It is centrally located behind the cathedral and facing the ancient walls that surround the city. the apartment (90 square meters) can comfortably accommodate 5 people. There is an elegant sitting room with useful “library” with lots of tourist information and books in various languages, a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a king size bed, a larger bedroom with a king size and a single bed, and an utility room with washing machine and sink. Cot and highchair are available.
the apartment is on the ground floor of an ancient palace, the thick stone wall keep the rooms cool on even the hottest tuscan day. The apartment is quiet and bright, the windows face south west looking onto the gardens and east to the attractive rosa square. Every window also enjoys a beautiful view of the famous ancient walls.
the apartment has the exclusive use of the walled garden , which is furnished with table, chairs, sunbed and barbecue.
this is a fantastic place to relax, get a suntan, drink an aperitif and enjoy a leisurely meal in the evenings. Smoking permitted outside in the garden.

the nearest airport, well connected to lucca via the local train or bus, is the galilei international airport in pisa.
several trains go throughout the day pisa airport - lucca (40 mins). The lucca train station is in the
other side of the massive walls, only a 3 minutes walk far from the apartment.
the bus also goes direct from the airport to lucca central ( 50 mins).
