River comfort also has 2 kitchens, a theater room, hot tub and game room. The house has a lot of glass allowing great views of the river outside. River comfort on the cartercay is close to amilacola falls, the highest cascading waterfall east of the mississippi river. Fort mountain state park is close by, a great place to go horse back riding or hiking. Carters lake and lake blue ridge are also close for boating and fishing.
