Vacation Rental Description

2 bed - 2 bath newly constructed, newly furnished, first floor villa
type condo end unit with a one car garage and an automatic door
opener. Condo is brand new and furnished in a subdued florida style.

the unit has a master bedroom with a california sized pillow top
mattress,
and a 2nd bedroom with a 2 twin size beds and a comfortable dining
room, and desk. Tv's in all rooms with vcr and dvd players.

the living-room is spacious with a sofa and loveseat there are
sliding glass doors to the screened
lanai. the lanai overlooks a pond area with plenty of ducks, egrets,
and other exotic bird life.

the full service, eat-in kitchen has a microwave, self cleaning oven,
disposal and a refrigerator-freezer and icemaker. there is a washer-
dryer and two bathrooms. the master bathroom has a separate shower
and toilet room and the guest bath has a tub-shower. There are plenty
of closets and storage areas.
