then our townhome may be just what you’re looking for! We are perfectly happy catering to short term or those wishing to enjoy the valley of the sun for a more extended stay.

our 2.5 year old townhome has never been used as a rental. The entire unit has plantation shutters with tile downstairs, and granite tops in the kitchen.

we had a two tone paint application done to make the home warmer. It is well located to all of the north scottsdale activities.

across the street you can enter the reach 11 recreation area. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping mecca of desert ridge. The new upscale city north and one scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of rodeo drive. They are now both under construction.

only 10 minutes away you will find kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed. Annual events like the barrett jackson’s car auction, fbr golf open, art shows, and arabian horse shows are also only 10 minutes away.

when you arrive it will be like home. Cool, and comfortable 1100 square foot 2 br/2.5ba villa. Zip 85024. The villa complex has 1 heated swimming pool.

located only minutes away from the az-51 freeway which provides easy access to every major freeway in the valley (i-10, az-101, az-202, az-60, etc.)

an abundance of upscale, fine dining experiences are available in nearby scottsdale, cave creek, carefree, paradise valley resorts, and phoenix. The cultural experiences of old scottsdale, cave creek, carefree, and phoenix are approximately 20 minutes away.

numerous golf courses are located within a 10-mile radius of the condo, for example, kierland, a small public course, gainey ranch golf club, and camelback golf club.

short term or long term we want to make your stay special! Upon arrival, we provide all guests with a complimentary beverage of their choice -wine, beer, soda, or imported mineral water. Bottled water, starbucks coffee, and a choice of tea are complimentary during your stay. Because we are active local owners, just let us know what you like!
