This villa perched on the hillside looking down over kalkan and out to sea is about fifteen minutes walk from kalkan - downhill. A very spacious villa with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, in amongst olive trees, south facing and with stunning views.
the villa has been well furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is looked after by a local family who live close by. They service the villa weekly but are happy to provide a daily service if required for a small extra fee. Sleeps 10 guests very comfortably and is a great location to relax in or from which to explore the locality
the ground floor, built into the natural stone of the hillside, has two twin bedrooms and kitchen area. The rooms are naturally cool and comfortable all year round. On the first floor there is a further double bedroom with air-conditioning, separate bathroom. A spacious kitchen with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine is large enough to have a dining area for ten guests. The dining area is separated from the lounge by a counter. The lounge , with sofa bed, opens onto the patio and swimming pool, glorious views, and barbeque. The lounge also has an open fire, satellite tv, cd/cassette player and radio. Stairs lead up to the second floor with two twin bedrooms, air-conditioning, and balcony. Separate bathroom. Roof top terrace.
