this nice apartment is located in the centre of nice on the promenade des anglais 2 minutes walk from the hotel negresco. Nice airport is only three miles away.

this two-bedroomed apartment is nice and roomy (100 m²) and has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been refurbished to a high standard.

the main bedroom has a king-sized bed (71" width), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony looking onto an internal garden and equipped with two loungers.

the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed (63") and a single bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

there is a separate fully equipped kitchen and the main bathroom (next to the main bedroom) has a full bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a shower-room en-suite. There is also a separate wc.

the living/dining room has a dining table and 7 chairs, two settees (one of which converts into a double bed) and three armchairs. There is also a writing-desk.
