the house has 2 bedrooms. the master has a king bed and the second twins. two additional people may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.

the pool house overlooks the private pool and conatins a studio kitchen and bath. an l-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.
