Vacation Rental Description

A newly refurbished one-bedroom (double bed) rustic-style apartment, one toilet (warm water all-round) with very large open plan living-room connected to the kitchen and large ground-floor terrasse with indoors plus outdoors dining tables. Addittional sleeping for two is possible in the living room (sofa convertible to bed). Use of the shared back garden is contemplated (access via garage). Full bed, bathroom and table linen provided. Fully equiped kitchen with cutlery, crockery and coffee machine. Use of washing-machine and portable barbecue upon request. Family and children friendly.

apartment is located in a very quiet area, above the fossil cliffs (an area of great natural beauty, near capuchos) and near the beach (costa caparica) - only 10 minutes away by bus or by car. Aroeira golf resort is 15 minutes away. Lisbon's town centre is 20 minutes away (by car, train, bus or ferry). Good car access and close to a bus stop - map available if needed.
