The villa is brand new and has 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, private pool and all the modern conveniences you would expect from a luxury villa. Villa tatiana is situated in a small exclusive gated development which overlooks the mediterranean sea, the beach is only a few hundred metres from your front door. For those staying with young children the swimming pool can be fitted with a safety fence for your peace of mind and we can also supply baby/toddler packs which include safety gates, steriliser, monitor etc (please see our website for more details and photographs of the building progress of villa tatiana).
villa tatiana is furnished to a high, modern standard throughout. The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect. The living and dining areas have patio doors opening up onto the large verandas which overlook the pool. Upstairs are the three bedrooms which all have balconies and air-conditioning.
outside there is the private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with a pool shower and a large wrap around veranda. There is a dining table which seats 6 and a comfy seating area which overlooks the pool. For our guests with young children we have a safety fence which can be fitted around the swimming pool.
to the side of the house is a private, covered car port.
