it is surrounded by pine forests offering seclusion as well as all day sun. The villa benefits from a large swimming pool and is built with all bedrooms opening out onto the spacious entertainment area boarding the pool.



the championship golf course is -links golf- at its best. It has hosted a number of professional tournaments and has been awarded best course in portugal and 12th best course in continental europe. The course benefits from a full teaching academy including a team of teaching professionals with the most modern equipment, a driving range, putting greens and chipping area. In addition to the golf there is a tennis academy including 8 tennis courts, some of which are flood lit, as well as many other sport amenities in the local area.



less than 5 minutes walk from the beach with 5 miles of white sand which rarely gets busy.

it is just a few minutes walk from the villa to the club house with its sunny balcony, restaurant and bars (one with large screen tv) and a separate games room with pool table and games machines for children. The 5* marriott, which is a 5 minute walk from the villa, was completed in december 2003 and has three restaurants to choose from as well as two bars.



this area of portugal is steeped in history and 5 miles drive to the walled medieval city of obidos and the fishing village of peniche. Further afield enjoy the cathedral city of alcabaca.
