This is our family vacation home. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, all new appliances including large side by side refrigerator with ice maker and thru the door ice and water, stove with ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Kitchen items including coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea pot, crock pot, waffle iron, blender, food processor, toaster, dinnerware, pots & pans, baking dishes, knives, cutting boards, and even spices.
central a/c, plus it’s a corner unit so you can open the windows for that wonderful trade-winds breeze... All necessary bedding, towels and beach towels. Alarm clock, phone, 3 tv's, 2 dvd players with 100 of our favorite movies including kids stuff, vhs player, mp3 player with 2 cd players, am/fm cassette stereo, video games, cards, games, puzzles, books, magazines, hair dryer, beach mats, bogie board, mask and snorkel, insulated beach bag for your cold drinks and lunch.

dell computer with high speed internet, printer with fax capability and docking station if you bring your laptop. All at a comfortable fully stocked work station with a fantastic view so if you’re forced to work while in paradise at least you'll be productive lol..
jumbo / combo washer and dryer in the unit, including laundry soap and fabric softener, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all needed cleaning supplies.
two huge lanais with tables and chairs that is great for morning coffee, evening cocktails or just to enjoy the wonderful view.
master bedroom has a king bed and very quiet ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and there is a queen futon on the large lanai for a total of sleeping up to 8 people. The floor plan is such that the 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo for maximum privacy. The master bedroom has its own private full bath with tub and shower while the second full bath has a shower that is off of the common hallway so people sleeping on the sofa bed or the futon have full access to the second bath without disturbing either of the bedrooms.
the lanais have storm shutters and with them down and the living room curtains pulled the large lanai where the queen futon is located can be turn into a very comfy huge 3rd bedroom. So if you have 4 couples each can enjoy some privacy.
great views of the city, mountains, ala wai, and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
you can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, clubs and even the zoo. If you want to take a break from the beach there is a very nice pool with sun deck table and chairs. An assigned parking stall if you want to rent a car and explore the rest of the island. This is a well kept luxury security building with 2 elevators so there is never a wait. There is no smoking in the condo or in the building but there is a designated smoking area on each floor outside the condo just a few short steps from the elevator.
Price Details
Once we have agreed on the rental details by e-mail the time you have requested will be reserved for you. A rental agreement will be e-mailed to you. Print it out, fill it out, sign it and return it by regular (us) mail to the address printed on the agreement along with your $500.00 (us) non-refundable deposit. the agreed upon dollar amount per night includes everything, except a one time cleaning fee of $150.00 all taxes, garage parking stall, absolutely e v e r t h i n g . there is a cleaning service available during your stay at additional cost and can be arranged with our property manager at time of check in. there is also a $500.00 security deposit required. This deposit will gladly be returned by way of a money order by our property manager after inspection at the end of your stay providing the property is left as it was at the beginning of your stay and all keys are returned. Lost keys are $100.00 per set. the balance of all fees including the security deposit listed above must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.
