Welcome to our relaxing mountain retreat. Sharing our vacation home with friends new and old from around the globe is one of our favorite past-times, and the reason for offering this home to others.
you will enjoy the expansive valley views from the sanctuary's south-facing, newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium that accommodates up to seven adults. Our cozy retreat is decorated in a southwest theme inspired by travels throughout durango and taos.with a digital hdtv and sony theater station with ipod connectivity, you will have plenty of music and video to enjoy during your stay.
gathering space:
the original painting, firedancers, by leland holiday energizes the dining area and warms up the roomy, yet cozy living space and entertainment area. With a dining table for six, and a contemporary sectional sofa with matching leather chair, there is ample space for your entire party, as well as friends who want to join you for dinner.
chile-rubbed kachina:
the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and all the amenities you will want from a 4-bagel toaster to a rice cooker and in-door refrigerator ice and water dispenser. The kitchen opens up to a bar which seats three making the kitchen area an integral part of the living and dining room and perfect for entertaining while cooking.
master suite:
our royal-purple-hued master suite has a king sized bed and its own walk-out balcony with views of steamboat springs' warming hut perched high on mt. Werner. the master suite also has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi-depth tub.
queen's retreat:
this spacious bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and an expansive view of the yampa valley.
the third bedroom:
the double-twin room is decorated in bright blues and oranges and also has an expansive view of the yampa valley.
utility room:
our condo unit has a utility room with a washer and dryer. Having this amenity in the condo ensures that all of your winter clothes will be warm for your next day's activities.
