Vacation Rental Description

Stunning new log cabin. This genuine log cabin is secluded on 6 wooded acres with seasonal mountain views. It is situated between boone and jefferson, 10 minutes from the blue ridge parkway. There are many activities like fishing, biking, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing, etc, within a short drive. This cabin was built and designed for the vacationer. All wood interior and wall of windows makes you feel part of the surroundings. Each bathroom has a separate shower and its own 2 person jetted tub with corner window so you can enjoy views of nature. The loft has a double futon with tv, videos, books and games for all ages. The living room with queen sleeper sofa, also has a tv,dvd, cd player and a stone fireplace. The fireplace is gas so you just flip a switch and enjoy a beautiful fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, and other small appliances. There is a large table in the dining area so the whole family can gather for dinner. Downstairs you'll find a brand new ping-pong table. The wraparound deck is complete with porch swing, rockers, charcoal grill, picnic bench and 5 person hot tub. Bed linens and large fluffy towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
