We are making our winter home available to you for your summer vacation rental. Therefore, condo is in excellent condition with many amenities. Condo is actually a one bedroom apartment in a resort. There is a full living room. Kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. It is fully equiped with cooking and eating utensils. The living room is fully carpeted with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a new larger screen tv in living room. Cable tv with hbo is free. The bedroom has a queen size bed. It is fully carpeted with larger closet and new flat panel tv. You have your own balcony overlooking the ocean, beach, and the city. The resort is directly on the beach. Therefore, you are only steps from the beach and ocean. The palace resort is centrally located in myrtle beach. Therefore, you are within minutes of major attractions, events, and especially golf. We look forward to having you as our guests. I am sure you will find our rental rates some of the lowest in myrtle beach resorts. Note: smoking is not allowed in the condo or in the resort.
