it is very near seville ,connected by a 3 ways road which will take you to the very centre of the town in munutes.it is located in alcala de guadaira ,a lively town with a magnificent castle and beautiful surroundings like the river promenade with the watermills,it has many good restaurants and shopping centers.very near too is carmona,a “must “ in any visit to seville province ,with one of the best preserved old quartiers in andalusia.

this villa is situated in two floors with 267 sq mtr floor space.



topfloor consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, dressing room and full bathroom en-suite.there are two further bedrooms and another full bathroom .



downstairs consist of a fully fitted kitchen with all the modcons and a dining room for 8 inside.the backdoor leads to the pool and garden where you can also enyoy your meals.

within the 1200 sq.mtr. Screened plot you will find a great variety of plants and trees.the pool(6*13m) includes furniture.tou will find lightning surrounding the villa so you can continue to enjoy the late evening outside.the 35 sq mtr living room is beautifully furnished and has a fireplace.
