Fully furnished, living and dinning room, tv's and dvd player, telephone, 03 bedrooms, (also has 4th bedroom with it's own bathroom, that can be used as maids quarters), 03 bathrooms, large kitchen with all cooking utensilies, fridge and 06 burn stove with oven, laundry area with washing machine and 01 private parking place inside the building. all bedrooms are supplied with aircon, ceiling fans, built-in closets and very good bedlinens and towels.the first bedroom has a couple bed, the second bedroom has 03 single beds ( any bed can be converted in a couple bed) and the third bedroom has 02 single beds. (that also can be converted in a couple bed)

The rental fee varies depending on the time of year and the minimum rental period is 4 days.

Reservation: 50 per cent payment - in advance throughout a money transfer into bank account (preferably through Western Union to Banco do Brasil, as well as another money transfer to be agreed). -The remaining 50 per cent payment - to be paid upon arrival. Security deposit is necessary paid cash upon arrival. The amount ranges from US$ 200,00 to 600,00, depending on the length of stay.
